About Darren Appleton
Born in Pontefract, West Yorkshire England, Darren Appleton grew up
with a strong passion for sports. Finding pool as a teen, Appleton
quickly became one of the top players in English Pool, winning
every title in sight before becoming No. 1 in the world within two
years of turning professional! Taking on American Cue sports in
2006, he has won over 50 major titles worldwide and was
inducted to the BCA Hall of Fame in 2017. Appleton currently
