Shipping policy

1. Processing Time:

If all ordered items are in stock, orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and confirmed. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are shipped via UPS Insured Ground Delivery unless you specify otherwise.

Standard Ground Shipping: Delivery time may vary based on the destination, but typically takes 3-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options which may take 1-3 business days depending on the destination.

Freight Shipping: For large or heavy items, freight shipping will be arranged. Delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.

3. Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and shipping method selected during checkout. Customers can view the shipping costs before finalizing their order.

4. Free Shipping:

We offer free standard ground shipping on Tiger Merch orders over $100.ย 

6. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you, containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments:

In the unfortunate event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and initiate a claim for the lost package. We highly recommend purchasing insurance while placing your order.ย 

9. Backorders:

In the rare case that an item you ordered is on backorder, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date as soon as possible. You will have the option to wait for the item or request a refund.

10. Change of Shipping Address:

If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
